A 6-month Leadership & Culture Accelerator for serious school owners and instructors who are committed to building stronger leadership inside their schools.  

This is a confidential, structured, facilitated environment where leaders:

• Learn from each other's mistakes

• Strengthen leadership pipeline

How It Works

Duration: 6 Months

Cohort Size: Limited to 12 serious leaders

Format:

• Two live - virtual group sessions per month

  (2nd & 4th Tuesday's 12:00 PM CDT)

​• One private 1:1 strategy call per quarter

• Implementation challenges between sessions

• Frameworks & tools

 

Every session includes:

• Hot-seat problem solving

• Leadership frameworks

• Direct conversation

• Clear next-step implementation

Confidentiality & participation are required.
