Impact Cohorts

Guided group coaching for the challenges that come with where you are right now.

Impact Cohorts are small-group coaching experiences built around a shared stage of life. Each cohort meets virtually twice a month with a Coach Facilitator for an hour, working through the real challenges that come with that season — together, not alone. It's not therapy, and it's not a class. It's guided peer coaching with direction, structure, and people who get exactly what you're navigating because they're navigating it too. For those who want to go deeper, 1:1 coaching is always a next step.

Middle School -

You're figuring out who you are — before the world tries to decide for you.
A four-month cohort for middle schoolers building self-confidence, self-leadership, and the habit of being intentional about their own life.

High School -

The pressure is real. The expectations are loud. You still have to show up every day.
A six-month cohort for high school students learning to lead themselves through one of the most demanding seasons of their life.

Junior Year -

The decisions are getting bigger. The pressure isn't letting up. And everyone has an opinion about your future except you.
A six-month cohort for high school juniors navigating early autonomy, mounting pressure, and the questions that don't have easy answers yet.

Senior Year -

You've spent years building a life here. Now you're leaving it. Who are you on the other side?
A six-month cohort for high school seniors stepping into transition — and figuring out who they're becoming, not just where they're going.

Young Adults -

You made it past high school. Nobody gave you the manual for what comes next.
A six-month cohort for 18–20 year olds in college or early adulthood who are still working out who they are and what they're actually building toward.

Parents & Trusted Adults -

You want to lead your kids well. That starts with leading yourself first.
A six-month cohort for parents who know the real work isn't tactics or venting — it's doing their own inner work so they can show up differently at home.
