Sometimes the Next Step Isn't Coaching. It's Clarity.

Consulting at Impact 168 is for the leaders and organizations who need someone to come alongside them, look at the bigger picture, and help them build a strategy - not just work through it session by session.

IS CONSULTING RIGHT FOR YOU?

Coaching is powerful for personal growth and individual development.  But sometimes what you need is an outside set of eyes on your organization, your program, your team culture, or your leadership pipeline.

That's where consulting comes in.

Most consulting relationships at Impact 168 begin with a Strategy Session - a conversation where we figure out together whether coaching, training, speaking, or consulting is actually the best fit for what you're trying to accomplish.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Youth Organizations & Nonprofits - You're doing great work.  Let's make sure your leadership structure, volunteer culture, and programming are set up to multiply that work - not just sustain it.

Schools & Educational Programs - Whether you're building a leadership program from scratch or trying to breathe new life into an existing one, we can help you design something that actually develops students - not just checks a box.

Businesses & Professional Teams - Culture is built from the top down and the inside out.  If you want a team that leads with intention, communicates clearly, and owns their results - we'll help you build that.

WHAT CONSULTING LOOKS LIKE

Every consulting engagement is different, but the process usually looks like this:

1. Discover - We start with deep listening.  What are you building? Where are you stuck? What does success actually look like?

2. Diagnose - We identify the gaps between where you are and where you want to be.

3. Design - We build a practical plan: frameworks, recommendations, and action steps tailored to your context.

4. Develop - We walk alongside you through implementation, adjusting as you go.

The best place to start is a conversation.
