You Need a Guide. We're It.

Impact 168 coaches are experienced and genuinely passionate about one thing: helping you and the people you love lead with intention.  We're not here to tell you what to do - we're here to help you discover what you're already capable of.

Coach Chris Hansen

Founder & Chief Impact Officer | Certified Coach, Speaker, & Trainer

Chris Hansen has spent more than 25 years working with youth, young adults, and the adults who influence them - across schools, camps, teams, organizations, and one-on-one coaching relationships.  He founded Impact 168 on a simple but powerful idea: you have 168 hours every week.  How you lead yourself through those hours determines everything.

Chris is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer who brings warmth, honesty, and deep experience to every conversation.  He doesn't just teach leadership - he lives it, constantly working on his own growth while walking alongside clients on theirs.

Chris Hansen, Leadership Coach

Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Chris is married to his best friend Stephanie, and together they're raising two amazing kids, Caden and Cloe.  Family is Chris's grounding force - and it's why he does this work.  He wants every young person to have the kind of support, clarity, and confidence that changes the trajectory of a life.

Chris's coaching focus: Youth & teens, young adults, parents and trusted adults, leaders and teams.

Coach Danielle Crom

Coach, Speaker, & Trainer

Danielle brings over a decade of coaching and mentoring experience to Impact 168 - and a life story that shaped every bit of it. Growing up moving frequently, she learned early how to walk into new rooms, connect with new people, and adapt to new environments. What could have been unsettling became one of her greatest strengths: the ability to meet people exactly where they are and help them find their footing.

Those years of attending multiple schools didn't just build resilience - they gave Danielle a front-row seat to how differently people learn, grow, and respond to guidance. That awareness lives in everything she does as a coach today.

Danielle has spent the last several years working closely with Coach Chris through the leadership program at Longoria Tactical Martial Arts, where her passion for developing youth leaders became something she couldn't ignore. Working with young people - watching them discover their confidence, find their voice, and step into who they're becoming - is where Danielle comes alive.

Outside of coaching, Danielle is married to her best friend Jesse, and together they're raising two kids and two dogs in a household where leadership isn't just talked about - it's lived. The whole family are black belts and deeply active in martial arts, a community that has shaped Danielle's understanding of discipline, growth, and what it looks like to commit to something bigger than yourself.

Danielle joins Impact 168 ready to pour into the next generation of leaders - and the adults who champion them.

Danielle's coaching focus: Youth & teens, young adults, and the families and communities who invest in them.
