What Is Youth Leadership Lab?
Youth Leadership Lab is a space where students learn to lead themselves well - before trying to lead anyone else.​
​
It's not about memorizing leadership principles or sitting through lectures.
It's about real conversations, real growth, and becoming coachable in the areas that matter most.

We're building something intentional - and we're doing it the right way.

Before opening the full Youth Leadership Lab experience, we're focused on building connection, trust, and real-world leadership conversations through a new video series:

Why Being Coachable Changes Everything
Each month, Coach Chris (Impact 168) and Coach G (The Art of 3) sit down for a short, honest conversation about leadership, growth, and what it really takes to improve.
• A few minutes of coach-to-coach conversation
• Real experience conversation with a student or young adult
• No scripts. No lectures. Just leadership in real life.
These videos are released monthly and shared on our YouTube channels.

The full Lab membership will be coming later. We'll be hosting live, virtual Leadership Lab experiences throughout the year.

These live workshop sessions are designed to be practical, engaging, and immediately useful - whether a student is brand new to leadership growth or already on the journey.
