About the event
Parenting is one of the most important leadership roles you'll ever hold. And like most leadership, the real work starts on the inside — not with better tactics or the right strategies, but with how well you're leading yourself.
This six-month cohort is for parents who are ready to do that inner work. Not a venting session, not a parenting class — a coaching cohort built around the truth that the best thing you can do for your kids is model what it looks like to lead yourself with intention.
Twice a month, you'll meet virtually with a Coach Facilitator and a small group of parents — no more than 12 — doing honest, practical work on the leadership that happens before you ever open your mouth at home.
