Middle School Impact Cohort

Middle school is one of the most formative — and most confusing — seasons of life. You're figuring out who you are, where you fit, and what you actually think — all while the world around you is loud and moving fast.

This four-month cohort is designed for middle schoolers who are ready to slow down, get intentional, and start building the kind of self-leadership that will carry them through high school and beyond.

Twice a month, your student will meet virtually with a Coach Facilitator and a small group of peers — no more than 12 — working through real conversations about identity, confidence, friendships, and what it means to lead yourself well before you try to lead anyone else.
