Here's how it works.

Impact Launch is a 9.5-month guided experience — structured enough to create momentum, flexible enough to meet each student where they are.

 

Every participant gets:

✨ 38 weekly one-on-one coaching sessions personalized to their goals and path
👥 Weekly virtual cohort sessions with a growth-minded peer community (Sept–May)
📚 Launch Kit with curated books, journal, resources, and exclusive gear
🧠 Personality + Values Workshop to kick off the year in August
💵 Financial Foundations — real-world essentials covering budgeting, credit, banking, student loans, insurance, entrepreneurship, investing, and economics
📆 Two in-person gatherings — Impact Leadership Weekend (October, Lincoln NE) + Launch Retreat (Winter, location TBD)
🎓 Certificate of Completion + Digital Badge for resumes, LinkedIn, and applications

 

And because every student's journey is different, the one-on-one coaching is where it all gets personalized — to their questions, their goals, and their next step forward.
