Impact Launch is our signature Gap Year experience - a 9.5-month intentional journey designed for high school graduates who want to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

This isn’t falling behind. This is launching on purpose.

• 🌱 Designing Your Life — Know you want a life on your terms? Get intentional about what that actually looks like and how to make it sustainable.

Every student's journey is unique - that's why each Launch experience is anchored in one-on-one coaching, customized to your goals, your questions, and your path forward.

We also welcome: 

• Early graduates: High school juniors graduating early are welcome to apply.  Just be sure to let us know in your application. 

• Mid-year grads: Seniors graduating at semester are encouraged to apply as well!  We recommend pairing your early graduation with our pre-Launch coaching, available at a discounted rate to help you bridge the gap before the program officially begins in August.

✨ 38 weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with a professional coach
👥 Weekly virtual Boot Camp-style cohort sessions (Sept–May)
📚 Launch Kit with curated books, journal, resources, and exclusive gear
📆 2 in-person gatherings (Impact weekend in October + Leadership Retreat after the New Year)
🧠 Personality + Values Virtual Workshop Kickoff in August

💵 Financial Foundations covering real-world essentials like credit cards, banking, budgeting, student loans, scholarships, insurance, entrepreneurship (including how to start a basic business plan), investing, and a basic understanding of the economy
🎓 Certificate of Completion + Digital Badge for resumes, LinkedIn, and college/job applications
🌱 Optional discounted coaching beyond the program if desired

✈️ About the In-Person Events

Each participant will attend two in-person gatherings during the program year:

• Impact Leadership Weekend (October, 2027, Lincoln, NE)

• Launch Retreat (Winter, location TBD)

Included in tuition: group programming, leadership activities, supplies, and some meals.
Not included: travel to/from event cities, hotel (room block provided), and 1–2 meals per event.

We’ll share all event details well in advance to help families prepare.

📍 Do You Have to Be in Lincoln to Join?

Nope! While we’re based in Lincoln, Impact Launch is a national program. All coaching and weekly sessions are virtual, and students can join from anywhere in the U.S. (or beyond). The only in-person requirements are the two retreats, and we’ll help coordinate those as smoothly as possible.

🎯 Designed for Life On Purpose

Participants are encouraged to hold a part-time job, internship, or volunteer position during their Launch year. It’s a powerful way to gain real-world experience while applying what they’re learning. We’ll support this goal through coaching conversations, planning resources, and career exploration tools.

📋 Application Process

Enrollment opens August 15 for the following Fall Cohort.

Here’s how it works:

1. Complete the online application (includes personal questions and plans)

2. Participate in a Launch Conversation (a 30-45 minute onboarding interview)

3. If accepted, choose your payment plan and receive access to early bonuses
